Check out our awesome SWAG. All profits go to the same two charities.
Seeds of Peace believes that young people have the courage and capacity to change--and lead change. The organization, which was founded in 1993, brings youth and educators from areas of conflict (for example, Israelis and Palestinians) to its camp in Maine where it seeks to inspire and cultivate new generations of leaders to transform conflict. It also provides local programming to support Seeds of Peace graduates once they return home. For more information, visit their website.
Team Gleason is committed to providing for and finding solutions for those living with ALS and other related neuromuscular diseases. The organization focuses its efforts both on those with ALS and on those who care for them. Team Gleason’s small staff and volunteers work tirelessly every day to empower those living with ALS to live with continued purpose and as productively and independently as possible. For information, visit the charity's website.
A message from the Bed Heads . . . We were inspired by the missions of Seeds of Peace and Team Gleason and organized this concert to raise money for these terrific causes. Every penny raised by this event will go to these two organizations. More generally, we seek to use music to bring people together.
We are so thankful for the support of Am Shalom (where three of us will be having our bnai mitzvot in the coming year), to Glencoe Academy of Music, and to all the talented musicians volunteering their time for this concert. Please help us support these wonderful charities!
The Bed Heads were so excited to perform on March 15, 2020 with a great line-up of bands. Unfortunately COVID happened. Now we can't wait to at least perform via livestream. But here's the poster for the concert that didn't happen!
